  1. Potty training is always a trying time. My very small 4 yr old is stating her independence thi a summer. ..I am trying (very hard) to be patient with her.

  2. Sigh… everything tests my patience! Now that Joel is potty trained, he has an unfortunate case of diarr***. (There is no way to make that word NOT gross!) Talk about stress. Great post! ☺

  3. Potty training is rough–our little one was almost potty trained, then the new baby came and he completely reverted. Thankfully, 2 months later he was ready to give it a go and it really worked out easily. That was definitely our hardest milestone so far!

  4. What a wonderful reminder that our children reach goals all in their own time. My son’s swimming teacher told me he’s perfectly capable of taking the BIG swim test at the pool but today my son told me, “Mom, I’m not ready yet. I’ll let you know when I am.” I was so proud of him for telling me what he needs. Maybe I AM doing something right (although I constantly wonder!). 🙂
